If you think women are afraid of computers, think again. In fact, women are using technology to compete successfully with men in the workplace, according to a national survey commissioned by Avon Products, Inc. The survey showed a direct correlation between technological savvy and earning power-with 80 percent of working women citing technology as the key factor contributing to their higher salaries. Less than one third (28 percent) said they are intimidated by technology. Other survey findings include:
